Session for investigating schemes of the visitor center of Aras Geopark was held in presence of Alireza Amrikazemi the consultant of Aras Free Zone in UNESCO geoparks issues and Nirsan consulting engineers.

In this session after investigating primary sketches, they discussed about pursuance of designing process and preparing operational plans and also about evaluation of project.

It is worthwhile to mention that one of the important elements in the inscribing process in UNESCO global geoparks is designing and execution of visitor center which is a place for reception of tourists, guiding and interpretation of geological sites and also for offering handicrafts and local products.

Visitor center of Aras Geopark will be constructed in beltway of Mountainous Park.
