On the sidelines of Aras Expo 2023, a specialized geopark panel titled "The role of Aras Geopark in the development of tourism in northwest Iran" was held.

In this panel, which was moderated by the cultural, social and tourism deputy of Aras Free Zone Organization, some experts investigated the issue from geoparks, geotourism, cultural heritage and environment point of view.
